Because each Sirione piece is made to order and refined to your selections, we are thoughtful about returns.
Our goal is to balance exceptional craftsmanship with customer satisfaction, while thoughtfully minimizing waste and overproduction.
Eligibility
- Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications you selected (neckline, sleeve, or hemline), it is eligible for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us at hello@sirione.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will assist promptly.
- Discretionary Returns:
We understand preferences may evolve. To support your early experience with Sirione, your first two orders are eligible for a full refund when returned within 14 days of receipt.
After that, returns are accepted for Sirione store credit only.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Because our garments are made to order, we do not process direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to adjust your selection, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact hello@sirione.com within the applicable return window.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll share a prepaid return label and confirm next steps.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue your refund or credit accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized pieces beyond standard Sirione style adjustments (e.g., special color requests, alterations outside neckline/sleeve/hemline).
Final-sale items and sample garments.
Items returned outside the 14-day window.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt.
Sirione store credit will be issued electronically for eligible returns after the refund threshold is reached.
