At Sirione, every piece is made to order — crafted individually and delivered with care.
We work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure your garments arrive beautifully made and on time.
Processing & Delivery
From the moment your order is placed to the day it arrives, please allow 12–14 business days in total — inclusive of production and shipping.
You will receive two updates along the way:
- A confirmation when your garment enters production.
- A shipping notice with tracking details once it’s on its way.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $350. A $15 flat rate for orders under $350.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can use this link to follow your shipment’s progress and estimated arrival date.
If you haven’t received tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact hello@sirione.com for assistance.
International Shipping
Sirione is preparing to expand worldwide. We’re finalizing logistics to bring our made-to-order collections to select international destinations in the coming months.
Coming Soon: International delivery to Canada, the United Kingdom, and select regions in Europe.

Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping details carefully at checkout. Sirione cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact hello@sirione.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Our team will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
